Video Call Conduct Policy & Reporting System

Applies to: All users of the Abilr platform


1. Acceptable Use of Video Calls

The video call feature is intended solely for professional use to:

  • Evaluate service requests
  • Communicate about job details
  • Provide remote guidance or consultation

2. Strictly Prohibited Behavior

The following actions during a video call are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account:

  • Nudity, sexual content, or indecent exposure
  • Use or display of weapons
  • Violent or threatening behavior
  • Hate speech or discriminatory remarks
  • Harassment, intimidation, or abusive language
  • Recording or distributing video calls without consent
  • Any behavior violating local or national laws

3. Reporting a Violation

If you experience or witness any inappropriate behavior during a video call, you may report the incident by:

  • Tapping the “Report User” button during or after the call
  • Including optional screenshots or video evidence (if allowed by the system)
  • Submitting details such as date, time, name of the user, and a short description

4. Investigation Process

  • Reports will be reviewed within 24–72 hours.
  • Both parties may be contacted for additional information.
  • During the investigation, access to video calling may be restricted for the reported party.

5. Disciplinary Actions

Depending on the severity and evidence, Abilr may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend video calling privileges
  • Permanently ban the offending user
  • Notify legal authorities if required by law

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

All reports are confidential. Your identity as a reporter will not be disclosed without your consent, unless legally required.

7. Legal Notice

By using the video call feature, you agree to:

  • Abide by this policy
  • Allow Abilr to review call logs or relevant metadata if needed for investigation
  • Accept the consequences of violating this policy
