Client Onboarding Guide

Welcome to Abilr — Your Gateway to Reliable Services

This guide will walk you through how to set up your account, find the right freelancer or technician, and use Abilr to solve your tasks efficiently and securely.

1. Creating Your Account

  • Sign up with your email or social login.
  • Complete your profile with location, contact details, and preferred payment method.
  • Optional: Upgrade to Premium Client for extra features (coming in later versions).

2. Posting a Job

  • Click on “Request Service.”
  • Fill in:
    • Job category (home repair, tech support, etc.)
    • Description of the problem/task
    • Location (if on-site)
    • Preferred time/date
  • Attach any helpful photos or documents.

3. Receiving Proposals

Technicians will respond with:

  • Pricing
  • Availability
  • Profile details

You can compare, message them within the platform, and choose your preferred candidate.

4. Secure Communication Policy

  • All interactions must occur inside Abilr (chat, audio/video calls).
  • Any attempt to exchange external contact details (e.g., “WhatsApp”, “Telegram”) will be blocked, flagged, and could result in account restrictions.

5. Booking and Payments

  • Once you select a technician, confirm the booking.
  • Funds are held securely by Abilr until the job is completed.
  • After service is confirmed, funds are released to the technician.

Service Fee (included in total):

  • 3% for Premium Technicians
  • 7% for Freemium Technicians

6. Cancelling or Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours in advance with no penalty.
  • Late cancellations (within 4 hours) may incur a small fee unless it’s an emergency.

7. Ratings and Reviews

  • After service completion, rate your technician.
  • Your reviews help keep Abilr transparent and high-quality.

8. Safety and Content Policy

  • Abilr enforces strong rules on content during video calls.
  • Any attempt to show explicit material, violence, or abuse is strictly forbidden and subject to suspension.
  • You may report inappropriate behavior instantly using the “Report” button during the call.

9. Booking Favorite Technicians

  • After a good experience, click “Save as Favorite.”
  • Rebook them directly from your dashboard with priority access.

10. Referral & Promo Rewards

  • Invite friends using your unique referral link.
  • Both you and your friend receive platform credits for successful bookings.
